Refund policy

Prelaunch notice: the operator’s full legal and hosting details are still being completed. Payments are test only.

No live charges

Checkout currently uses test payments. The default simulator charges €0, starts no renewal or subscription, and grants no paid allowance. Optional Stripe sandbox checkout can create test renewals and test allowances, without collecting real money. Cancel future sandbox renewal from Plans & billing. A provider return URL never confirms payment. There is no money to refund. From Plans & billing you can view a test receipt and cancel a completed test purchase.

Generation credits

Failed or cancelled jobs release their reserved credits. Completed jobs and revisions use the displayed credit cost. The Free storyboard trial never renews or expires. Monthly grants are issued only after verified payment, roll over once, and expire at the paid period end on cancellation. Packs do not expire. A technical failure after monthly expiry returns the reserved quantity with its purchase provenance in a 7 day recovery window; it does not become permanent pack value. Contact [email protected] with a job reference if accounting appears incorrect. Do not send payment card details.

Sandbox reversals

A verified refund removes the corresponding proportion of its original allowance, rounding fractional units up, including derived rollover or recovery value. Already consumed work and its history remain. The operator bears any consumed shortfall; no other purchase is debited and no automatic charge is made. A dispute blocks unused value; a verified win restores only value still unconsumed and within its original expiry. These are test ledger rules, not live consumer refund terms.

Before real payments

Paid subscriptions are not offered by this test checkout. Before enabling live commerce, the operator must publish final tax inclusive totals, renewal and cancellation terms, the applicable refund and consumer withdrawal procedure, legal identity and mediation details. Nothing here waives statutory consumer rights or asks you to waive a withdrawal right.
